These Terms govern your use of Soya, a Discord music bot and web dashboard. By using Soya, you agree to the policies below.
Soya provides music playback, queue management, and dashboard controls for Discord servers. Features may include history, playback controls, and premium plan benefits.
We may update, improve, or discontinue features at any time to maintain quality, security, and platform compliance.
You must comply with Discord Terms of Service and all applicable laws while using Soya. Server owners and administrators are responsible for how Soya is configured and used in their communities.
You are responsible for protecting access to your Discord account and dashboard sessions.
You agree not to misuse Soya, including by:
Soya offers three premium plans: Silver, Gold, and Diamond. Diamond is the highest tier and includes the most extensive feature access.
Billing terms, feature limits, and plan entitlements are shown at purchase. By purchasing a plan, you authorize the corresponding charge.
Refund requests are only considered if a support ticket is raised within 7 days of the original purchase date.
Requests raised after the 7-day period are not eligible for refund. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method.
Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. By using Soya, you acknowledge that data may be processed in the United States and that Soya follows GDPR-aligned safeguards.
Soya is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, but we aim for reliable operation and timely issue resolution.
We are not responsible for outages or limitations caused by Discord, third-party services, or force majeure events.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Soya and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated, if required for legal compliance, or if operation of the service is at risk.
We may revise these Terms as Soya evolves. Updated Terms become effective when posted. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
